TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Promoter:
• The promoter is Agridirect.ie, Church Street, Ballyconnell, Co Cavan
The Prize:
• The winner of the Competition will receive a voucher for €500 off their farm insurance AXA (Farm) insurance plus a voucher for Agridirect.ie that will have a combined value of €500. The prize is sponsored by AXA (Farm) insurance.
• The Prize cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize, such as (without limitation) cash, goods or an alternative insurance product.
• The Prize is not transferable.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of similar value.
• The winner will liaise with the Agridirect.ie to claim the prize
• The Voucher for €500 off an AXA farm insurance policy can be used when starting a new policy or renewing a policy with AXA (Farm) insurance. AXA will be happy to offer a quotation, subject to its normal underwriting acceptance criteria applying.
• If the Prize is not claimed within 12 months of the winner being notified, the Prize will be deemed to have been forfeited. In such circumstances the Promoter will not have any liability to the Competition winner.
Eligibility:
• The Competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only.
• All entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.
• Employees of the Promoter and of any company associated with the Competition and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Competition or win the Prize.
• The Competition commences on 30th March 2022 and closes on 30th April 2022.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
• Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
• Entries that are submitted after the closing date of the Competition will be disqualified from the Competition.
• Entries that contain incorrect information or are incomplete will be disqualified from the Competition.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Competition for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion.
• The Promotor’s decision on the inclusion or disqualification of entries is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any network, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in entries being lost or not properly registered or recorded and entrants hereby waive any claim whatsoever for any
losses, costs, damages and/or expenses arising from any such problems.
Winner Selection:
• The winner will be chosen at random soon after the closing date of the Competition and will be announced on www.agridirect.ie (only name and county of residence will be published online).
• A telephone call will be made to the winner of the Competition informing them of the result and how to secure the prize.
• The winner of the Competition agrees to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by the Promoter in connection with the Competition, including but not limited to photocalls.
The result of the Competition and photographs resulting from the promotional activities may be published in promotional literature, the Promoter’s
website(s) and other appropriate marketing material.
• Proof of age (by way of valid driver’s licence or passport only) and residency (by way of recent (within 6 months) utility bill only) may be required of the winner of the Competition.
• In the event of a dispute with regard to any aspect of the Competition and/or these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Communication:
• The Promoter reserves the right to contact Competition entrants via phone (including mobile phone), email, post and/or any other means of communication for the purpose of notifying the Competition winner and arranging or resolving such other matters that arise.
Data collection:
• The name, phone number and competition entry date (and potentially age, address and farm insurance renewal date) of entrants will be processed for this Competition.
Amendment of Terms and Conditions:
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Competition and/or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
