The Bekina Boots StepliteX SolidGrip Full Safety are manufactured from polyurethane and are designed with comfort, durability and safety in mind. The boots also feature a protective toe cap and midsole.
Manufacturing: Bekina Boots StepliteX SolidGrip Full Safety are manufactured from polyurethane which is superior to PVC and rubber in many ways. Polyurethane is a lightweight, flexible, durable and thermo-insulated material. Being lightweight and flexible makes the boots comfortable to wear even over long periods of time. The thermo-insulating properties of the material ensures that feet are kept cool in warm conditions and kept warm in conditions as low as -30ºC. Tests have proven that boots manufactured from polyurethane will last up to three times longer than boots manufactured from other materials such as rubber or PVC
Design: Bekina Boots StepliteX SolidGrip Full Safety are designed with comfort durability and safety in mind. The boots are made with wide fitting legs for comfort and are lightweight. All boots are designed with a kick-off spur on the back, this ensures that the boots can be easily removed at the end of the day. The soles of the boot are designed for support and comfort, while being easy to clean and are safety approved by the SRC for excellent grip on most slippery surfaces.
Safety features: The Bekina Boots StepliteX SolidGrip Full Safety feature a non metallic protective mid sole and toe cap. These are manufactured from a highly durable resin that is just as strong as its steel alternative but has the added benefit of weighing less than half that of steel. The boot also features a shock absorbing sole that has been designed to provide excellent grip on the most slippery surfaces.
Included extras: The Bekina Boots StepliteX SolidGrip Full Safety comes with a free moisture absorbent footbed. Its new technology allows it to give you every comfort without taking away from the main job as moisture control. The footbed has two layers making it wear resistant, it also has a shock absorbent cushioned heel effect giving it resistance against the abuse of everyday use.

All purchases can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and returned goods must be received within 14 days from the date you informed us of the return.
Purchases may be opened for inspection but must not be used and must be repackaged securely in the original packaging if you wish to return it.
If we discover goods have been used or there has been a loss in value of the goods due to damage to the goods, while in your care or whilst being returned to us, we will reduce the amount refunded, which may amount to the full cost of the product, to cover loss of value of goods.
All returns should be complete which includes boxes, manuals and accessories that may have been included with the order.
All returns must be packaged appropriately for shipping, we will not accept responsibility for damages or loss which occur during shipping of a return product.

Once the returned product has been received into our warehouse and been fully inspected a refund will be issued.
If you choose not to use the DPD returns service we recommend that you use a method that can be tracked.

First off, if you have received a damaged electrical product from us, do not plug it in. Any electrical products that are plugged in are deemed ‘as used and accepted’ and are not accepted as returns. All damages must be reported to us via phone or email within 24hours of receipt of goods. Please ensure you check your items upon delivery.
How do I begin the returns process?
If you wish to begin the return process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ensure the following information is included in your email. Your name, phone number, Order id, the item you wish to return, reason for return and if the product is damaged we require photos of the product.
Once you have sent us all required information a member of our team will assess your claim and will contact you as soon as possible. Please hold off on returning products until a member of our team has called you to confirm.
Once the returned product has been returned to us and fully inspected a refund will be issued.
