How does order tracking work?

When you have made your online purchase you will be given your tracking number. If you send an email with your name and tracking number we will be able to see the current status of your order.

What does each status mean?

Order Accepted - your order has been accepted by the system. A confirmation email has been sent to the email address registered.

Being picked - all items within your order are being picked.

Order dispatched – your order has been dispatched to your delivery address or for in store pick up as requested. A confirmation email has been sent to the email address registered.

Order delivered- all items on the order are delivered.

Order cancelled - The order is cancelled with no charges made to your card.
