How to Pay

In order to pay for products that you’ve added to your shopping cart, you need to be logged in under your profile on the AGRI DIRECT website. It is possible to add items to your shopping cart while not logged in, but once you try to complete a transaction, you will be asked to log on to the system.

To log on to the AGRI DIRECT website, enter a valid Email address and Password.

The following payment types are accepted by AGRI DIRECT: 

You need to add products to your shopping cart before you can proceed with making payments. Once you’ve added the products you want to buy.

1. Click the add to cart selection button (which is found directly under the item you are viewing).

2. At step one of the purchase process you will be asked how much quantity of the product you want. If you are happy with the quantity click on the add to cart selection button. If you wish to purchase a higher quantity amount click into the green box where it says 1 this will allow you to add the quantity of the product you want to purchase.

3. At step 2 you will be at the checkout this gives you the chance to see what is in your cart. Once you are happy with this click the proceed to checkout button. If you are not happy with what is in your cart click the continue to shop button this will give you the option of putting more items in your cart. Remember the Delivery charge is €4.99 for anywhere throughout Ireland up to 30kg.  

4. Step 3 you will be asked do you want to purchase your product as a guest or do you want to register with Agri Direct. If you think this is a one of purchase and will not want to use Agri direct again we suggest you use the guest system. But if you like the products with Agri Direct and feel that you will be shopping more with us we suggest you sign up. Also once you sign up you will get the Agri Direct news letter every couple of weeks advertising special offers of such.

5. Step 5 billing information this is just a simple form for you to fill out so we Agri Direct know where to send your products. Remember once this is filled out correctly Agri Direct will receive an order number from its delivery personal and we will be able to track your goods in case they are ever missed placed.

6. Step 6 Shipping Method this is just to let you know that the delivery for your product is €4.99, Remember this cost is trough out Ireland and lets you have up to 30kg in weight.

7. Step 7 Payment Information this gives you the payment option that you may want to choose you have three options Cheque, Credit card/Laser card all our card transactions are handle trough  Realex. When you choose the option of paying by cheque Agri Direct will have to wait on the cheque to clear before delivering your product to you.

8. Step 8 Order Review this is to just have a look back over your order to make sure that everything is ok with the order you have placed once you’re happy with this click on the button place order. Once this is done Agri Direct will e-mail the order number of the transaction you just made Agri Direct advise to save this email or print it out just to have a copy of the transaction. You will then receive an e-mail to say your goods have been shipped.

Delivery Charge

Items that are heavy, long or a "low value yet heavy" will carry a Delivery carriage on the first item and each additional item ordered. This allows us to offer products on our website which normally would be uneconomical to sell due to carrier surcharges. These charges apply irrespective of order value, and vary according to item.

It is impossible for Agri Direct to know what combination of products will be ordered and therefore impossible for the website to calculate the maximum savings possible. If we can post your goods for less than quoted at our checkout, we will do so and pass the saving on to you. Images are shown for illustration purposes only and packaging will vary due to changes made by our suppliers.

Agri Direct make it a priority to ensure all items for sale on the web site are in supply and that you get what you have ordered. If for any reason an item is out of stock, or we do not receive something from the producer in time for our delivery deadline, we will notify you of when we expect to be able to deliver your order. If you do not wish to wait for the late delivery you have the right to cancel your order for that item and you will be credited in full for it.

The charge of Delivery is €4.99 throughout the country. Delivery charges are quoted are for Ireland only.

Method of Payment for goods ordered should be made by credit card. You will receive confirmation that the transaction has been authorized and that your card has been debited. You will also receive a reference number with this confirmation which will be required for any correspondence. Payment may also be made by cheque in accordance with the procedures outlined in the purchase process.
