The ISSE classic snow sock is an alternative to snow chains and is designed to be used on snow and ice. Made from 100% polyolefin the snow sock gives an increase in the friction between wheel and snow or ice surfaces.

As a result the textile snow sock is effective on snow and ice and gives a much more comfortable ride than traditional snow chains. The snow socks fabric composition makes light and handy and, subsequently, very easy to assemble, transport and store.

The space needed in the boot, as compared to traditional snow chains, is insignificant, and their malleability makes them adaptable to small spaces. The ISSE snow sock does not cause vibration on steering or the tyres, minimizing driving inconveniences. ISSE snow socks work with high-tenacity threads. It improves the product durability, avoiding its breakage in incidental conditions when used on snow or ice. ISSE snow socks occupy a minimum space between the tyres and the bodywork. Hence the risk of touching some other elements, such as an electronic safety device, ABS, EPS, brake hoses, joints, dampers, etc. is decreased. ISSE aims to bring safety to extreme driving conditions. Installation: Quick and easy assembly, stretch the snow sock over the top portion of the tyre and pull down as far as possible onto the tyre. Move the vehicle slightly forwards or backwards until you can stretch it over the rest of the tyre.You are now ready to drive with a maximum speed of 30mph.

Remove the snow socks as soon as possible, when conditions improve. Maintenance Instructions: It is advisable to dry the textile covers before putting them back in the carry bag, and at the end of your season, wash the snow socks with cold water, dry and then return them to their box ready for next season.
